Below are some of our frequently asked questions.
You can find your size by using our Size Charts that are available in the "Size Guide" drop down section of each individual product page.
Unfortunately we do not restock any of our items.
We aim to release new items every 6-8 weeks.
Make sure you subscribe to our mailing list to receive early access to future releases and a 10% discount when signing up.
Please check your junk folder and make sure that info@fkzactive.com is in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications. If this doesn't work, please contact us as there may have been an error with the email address you submitted.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm AEST, excluding NSW Public Holidays. It can take up to 24 hours to process your order before being shipped.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Shipping times may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones these times do not include order processing time.
Shipping times will vary dependant on your delivery location, it takes less time for delivery to Metro areas than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.
Express orders placed on weekdays before 12pm AEST will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will leave the next business day. Delivery time will then be based on Australia Post and Courier time frames.

If the order has not been processed and shipped, we may be able to change the address for you.
If the order has been shipped already, you will need to contact AusPost directly to arrange a redirection.
CHANGES TO SIZING:
Please email us at info@fkzactive.com as soon as you realise you have selected the incorrect size. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to change the sizing of your items for you (depending on stock availability*).
ADDING OTHER ITEMS:
Unfortunately we are unable to add additional items to your order. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order.
REMOVING ITEMS:
Unfortunately we are unable to remove items from your order. Once you have received your order, you may return your items by following our Returns & Exchange Policy

We are very sorry that you have experienced an issue with your order.
If you have received faulty or incorrect items, please email us at info@fkzactive.com with your order number, photos, relevant information and your preferred outcome so that we can resolve this issue for you as soon as possible.
If an item is damaged through misuse or failure to follow product care instructions unfortunately, we will be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
