Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Change of Mind Returns – Store Credit Only

To be eligible for a store credit return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging)
  • Not a sale item or gift card

To initiate a return, email us at info@fkzactive.com or submit a request via the ‘Contact Us’ form.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Store credit is issued for the value of the item only (excluding shipping) and is valid for 12 months.

EXCHANGES - INCORRECT SIZING:

We’re happy to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing, subject to:

  • Item condition and return within 14 days
  • Availability of the requested size
  • The item not being a sale item

If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
  • Sale items, including for sizing issues
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
​FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your item is faulty or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit.

Please email info@fkzactive.com within 14 days of receipt with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Preferred resolution

If an item is damaged through misuse or failure to follow product care instructions, unfortunately we will be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
