Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm AEST, excluding NSW Public Holidays.
Our order processing time, prior to shipping, is typically 24 business hours, excluding weekends and busy sale periods (e.g. New releases / drops). Please note that processing may take 5 business days during our busy sale periods).
This includes orders with Express Shipping. We ensure that orders placed with the Express Shipping option are sent as priority.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping and contact details are correct when placing an order. If your order is returned to sender, you will be required to cover the cost of re-shipping.
AUTHORISED PARCELS
When choosing the option of authority to leave your parcel at your location of delivery without signature, we do not cover theft of items. We recommend using this option only if it is safe.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Shipping times may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones these times do not include order processing time.
Shipping times will vary dependant on your delivery location, it takes less time for delivery to Metro areas than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.

Express Shipping (Authority to leave): 1-3 Business Days - $14.00
Express Shipping + Signature on delivery: 1-3 Business Days - $16.95
New Zealand
Standard Shipping: 7-14 Business Days - $20.00
Express Shipping: 4-8 Business Days - $25.00
All Other Countries
International Shipping: 7-22 Business Days - $30.00
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
