Orders are processed Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm AEST, excluding NSW Public Holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours for the processing of all orders before being dispatched from our warehouse. This includes orders with Express Shipping. We ensure that orders placed with the Express Shipping option are sent as priority.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping and contact details are correct when placing an order. If your order is returned to sender, you will be required to cover the cost of re-shipping.
AUTHORISED PARCELS
When choosing the option of authority to leave your parcel at your location of delivery without signature, we do not cover theft of items. We recommend using this option only if it is safe.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Shipping times may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones these times do not include order processing time.
Shipping times will vary dependant on your delivery location, it takes less time for delivery to Metro areas than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.
Express orders placed on weekdays before 12pm AEST will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will leave the next business day.
Delivery time will then be based on Australia Post and Courier time frames.

Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
PICK UP
Pick up is available at our Moorebank NSW warehouse, Monday to Friday between 9am to 2pm (excluding NSW Public Holidays). You can select 'Pick up' in the delivery method section of your cart when placing an order on our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the processing of your order before it is ready to be picked up.
You will receive a 'Ready for pick up' confirmation email when your order is ready. Please do not arrive prior to receiving your confirmation email.
One hours' notice must be provided to us prior to arriving at our warehouse. You will be required to bring your confirmation email and ID with you to collect your order.
If someone else will be picking up your order for you, please let us know via email and provide us with the persons details prior to their arrival so that we can verify the pick up. We do not allow couriers to pick up customer orders on their behalf.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM/S MUST BE:
- In the same condition that you received them
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original packaging with original tags/labels attached
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fkzactive.com. or complete the 'Contact Us' form on our website.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as any other costs associated with returning the item to us.
If items are returned in original condition, you will be entitled to a exchange, store credit or refund.
EXCHANGE:
If you would like to exchange your item for another, please include your order number and confirmation in your email return request. Please also include the details of the item you would like to return and the size or product you would like in exchange. In the event that the requested item is not available, you will be provided the option of a store credit or refund.
STORE CREDIT:
If you have been approved for store credit, your store credit will be issued to the same dollar value of your returned items (excluding delivery charges). Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used to purchase other items within our online store.
REFUND:
If you have been approved for a refund, the amount refunded to you will be for the cost of the items only. We are unable to refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used within 10 business days from the date we received your returned items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fkzactive.com.
AFTERY PAY RETURNS:
If you have purchased through AfterPay the returns process is the same as the above. If a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue. If a refund is issued, any future payments will cease and any payments made (minus shipping fees) will be refunded to your account.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you have received faulty or incorrect items, please email us at info@fkzactive.com with your order number, photos, relevant information and your preferred outcome so that we can resolve this issue for you as soon as possible.
If an item is damaged through misuse or failure to follow product care instructions, unfortunately we will be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
